How to Submit

King Creativity Fund Proposals can be submitted through this Google form. The link to the form can also be found in the call for proposals.

Deadlines, Timeline, and Final Reports

Application Deadline: The spring deadline for academic year 23-24 proposals is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 10, 2023 and the fall deadline is Friday, September 15, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.  King Scholars will be notified shortly thereafter.

Project timeline:  Projects may be conducted at any time following the notification of receipt of the award. Funds must be spent no later than March 31, 2024. 

Symposium presentation: Participation in the annual King Creativity Symposium and banquet is a mandatory part of the program.  All King Scholars must present the results of their work at an annual symposium and dinner to be held in the spring on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.  King Scholars are required to submit a project summary by February 20, 2024 for inclusion in the Symposium program.
