New Faculty Foundations 

New Faculty Foundations is a year-long mentoring and faculty success program for new full-time faculty (tenure-line and visitors) and faculty new to the tenure track. Detailed information will be posted when available.

September 19  12:30-1:45PM - Getting to Know SU’s Students & Teaching Culture  FJS 300 (Outdoor classroom)
October 20 4:00-5:00PM -  Understanding University Expectations & Evaluation Processes; Planning Your Professional Development Agenda Prothro Room of Library (2nd floor)
 November 7  12:30-1:45PM - Your Teaching Experiences So Far + Preventing and Responding to Sexual Violence + Supporting an Honor Code Culture  FJS 300 (Outdoor Classroom)
 February 20  12:30-1:45PM - Mentoring for Teaching, Scholarship, and your Career  + Open Topic FJS 300 (Outdoor Classroom) 
March 23 4:00-5:00PM - Managing Committee Service and Preparing Your Brief Annual Report Prothro Room of Library (2nd floor)
April 17  12:30-1:45PM - Balancing Teaching, Scholarship / Creative Work, Service, and a Life + Open Topic  FJS 300 (Outdoor classroom)

2022-23 New Faculty Resource Guide
