The Sarofim Vocal Competition is an all-day event that includes both the competition itself and opportunities for students to workshop their skills in a supportive atmosphere.

SVC participants should plan to attend all competition activities, listed in bold below.

When not performing in the competition, singers will have time to explore the workshops, q&a sessions and concerts. There are also opportunities to learn more about southwestern university.  Families and teachers are welcome at all events. Some optional events may overlap.  It is possible for singers to attend one workshop  or information session while family members or teachers attend another.
