These programs will help you develop and practice a holistic understanding of self-care.

Self-Care Saturday: Meditation & Mindfulness

Establish healthy habits, a balanced life, and a strong community with Mosaic’s Self-Care Saturday series. This week, CALM Buddies leader Andrew Cutting will lead us in exploring how to use meditation as a mindfulness practice. While we are constantly trying to juggle various responsibilities in school, jobs, and organizations, while also navigating the stressors of the world today, meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace, and balance that can benefit your emotional well-being and overall health. Developing a regular practice of meditation can help reduce stress and anxiety.
