What would be your advice to prospective students about the college search?

When looking for a college, make sure you take everything into consideration. The campus, the surrounding community, and extracurricular activities. It is important to look at all of the factors that a campus can offer; the place you feel the best is where you are going to thrive.

Why should students attend Southwestern?

Southwestern gives students an opportunity to explore outside their major in a place that is close to a big city, and an activity community. Southwestern encourages students to be their best self by challenging them in a variety of ways that will continue to be benefit them years to come.

What are your favorite restaurants in Georgetown and why?

Monument Cafe is one of my favorite places to eat while in Georgetown - It is true comfort food!

What is your favorite thing to do in Georgetown and why?

Hitting up the local movie theater “City Lights” is one of my favorite things to do on a free night in Georgetown! It has a great retro vibe with pretty good food options.

What are your favorite restaurants in Austin and why?

La BBQ has the BEST BBQ I have ever had - the brisket actually melts in your mouth.

What is your favorite thing to do in Austin and why?

Paddle boarding is one of my favorite things to do in Austin. There are so many locations that offer canoe or paddle board rentals on a warm Texas summer day.

What is your favorite SU fun fact?

SU is older than Texas!

What is your favorite SU tradition?

Signing the Cullen Tower!

What is your favorite place on campus?

The Chapel!

What are your hobbies?

Some of my hobbies include baking, cooking, love trying new workouts, and watching movies!

I was born in Conroe, TX!

I used to work at Disney in Magic Kingdom!

Taika Waititi; one of my favorite movie directors/actors and seems like he would be really fun to hang out with.

Psychokinesis.

What advice would you give your college self?

It does not matter what other people are doing, as long as you continue to make progress at your own speed. Stay true to yourself and you will be happy!
