Lorri White Lorri White is the Head of Leveraged Capital at AIG Asset Management, a position she has held since 2016.  Previously, Ms. White was with AIG’s Corporate Private Placement group where she served consecutively as a director, vice president, and managing director/co-head of the unit.  She began her investment career at McKenna & Company, and has held other high-level positions at American General (later purchased by AIG) and PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities. Ms. White has been chartered as a financial analyst by the CFA Institute and as a registered representative by FINRA.

Since 2014, Ms. White has served as a member of the board of directors of Varagon Capital Partners, an investment manager that lends directly to middle market companies.  She was a member of the board of the Rice Business Alumni Association from 2000 to 2006, serving as that organization’s president from 2003 to 2004.  From 2014 to 2016 Ms. White served on the board of the Judy’s Mission Ovarian Cancer Foundation.

Lorri graduated cum laude, majoring in international studies, from Southwestern in 1992.  She earned a master’s degree in french from NYU in 1994 and an MBA in finance from Rice University in 1995.  Prior to becoming a Southwestern trustee, Lorri chaired Southwestern’s board of visitors and served as a non-trustee member of the board of trustees’ investment committee.
