Pam Bush A retired English teacher in the Highland Park Independent School District and at Yavneh Academy, Pam Bush is an involved civic leader. She is currently serving as president of The Dallas Woman’s Club. She is a former board member of Project Transformation National and the UPUMC Weekday School. She is a sustaining member of the Dallas Junior League and a current active member of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League, Mary K. Craig Class, and Marianne Scruggs Garden Club.

Mrs. Bush is past president of the It’s a Likely Story Book Club, a former co-chair of the Wesley-Rankin Community Center “Evening Under the Stars” benefit, and past lay director of a “Walk to Emmaus” Weekend in the Dallas Emmaus Community. Additionally, she is a former member of the Dallas Lawyers’ Auxiliary, Junior Charity League, and La Fiesta de las Seis Banderas. She and her husband have served as honorary co-chairs of the “Line Drive Luncheon” for Communities in Schools, combining their enjoyment of baseball with their dedication to education.

Pam graduated from Southwestern in 1976 with a degree in English. While at Southwestern, she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi. She earned a master’s teaching degree in humanities and comparative literature from The University of Texas at Dallas in 1981.
