ACLS funding opportunities include grants and fellowships in the humanities and related social science, China studies and Buddhist studies.
The coordinator must hold a PhD from a university in the United States or Canada. OR be a US or Canadian citizen/permanent resident with a PhD from any university. Workshops must be held at a location in the United States or Canada. These grants provide support for collaborative reading of texts in a workshop format that is interdisciplinary and crosses scholarly generations.
