Dakota McDurham is a recent Southwestern graduate, having earned his bachelor’s degree in environmental studies in 2016.  While at Southwestern, Mr. McDurham was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha and of the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity.  He was a member of the mock trial team and among the first group of students to participate in Southwestern’s Ecolab program.  As a result of his Ecolab work, Mr. McDurham was honored as a 2016 King Creativity Scholar and, in 2015, received national recognition for his student research project from the Chicago Association of American Geographers.

Dakota currently is a geographic-information-systems technician at Apple.
