Wade Glover graduated from Southwestern University in 2005 with a major in Political Science and a minor in Economics. While at Southwestern, Wade was a member of the Christian fraternity Kappa Upsilon Chi as well as a member of the Honor Council. Wade continued his education at the Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review. During his first summer of law school, Wade was a Law Clerk for the United States Senate Committee on Finance, a position he was able to obtain because of his experience with Southwestern’s Washington D.C. Semester Program.
In 2008, Wade graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University School of Law as a member of the Order of the Coif and began practicing law with the international law firm of Jones Day. He is an Associate in the Private Equity Practice where he advises private equity groups and public and private companies in a variety of transactions such as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and bankruptcy 363 sales, as well as giving general counsel regarding corporate and contractual matters.
Wade lives in North Dallas with his beautiful wife, Caroline Glover, a professional photographer (http://www.carolinemuellerphotography.com) where they are active in their church and community.
