Alumnus George Young ’79 Helps Ukrainian Refugees

When Southwestern alumnus George Young ’79 saw the refugee crisis taking shape in war-torn Ukraine, he quickly made his way to Poland to offer his help wherever it was needed. A 1979 history graduate and former trustee (1996-2003) who has been a Fort Worth-based attorney for nearly forty years, Young has been sending regular updates on his work near the Ukrainian border since mid-April.
