The Department of Political Science at Southwestern University invites applicants for a full-time, three-year Visiting Assistant Professor position in Comparative Politics beginning the 2020-2021 academic year. The second and third years of the appointment are contingent on satisfactory performance. We are specifically interested in European politics and someone who could teach courses on the EU and public policy. Applicants should have completed their Ph.D. by August 31, 2020. The application deadline is January 31st, 2020. The successful candidate will teach a 3-3 course load and be eligible for funding for conference travel and research support.
