Science students studying abroad in the London semester learned about the process of fertilization and implantation as part of the course Biology of Reproduction at the Human Biology exhibit in the Natural History Museum.

In addition, alumni and 2004 Biology graduate Dr. Travis Bias visited Dr. Cuevas’ class in London. Together with three medical doctors from the UK, Bias discussed the US and UK health care systems and the potential implications of Brexit. This panel discussion was part of the Global Health Component in both Human Biology Today and Biology of Reproduction classes being taught as part of the London Semester study abroad program.
