Join us as we host our best and brightest applicants of the year! Let’s celebrate your academic and extracurricular accomplishments while you take in a bit of the Southwestern Experience. After all, assembling top scholars at the top undergraduate liberal arts and sciences college in Texas can only lead to a wonderful experience and new friendships. 3:30 p.m. - Welcome and Introductions - Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management Tom Delahunt welcomes you to the event and offers reflections on the Southwestern Experience
4:00 p.m. - Scavenger Hunt & Pirate Trivia (students)
Parent Alumni Mixer (parents & guests)
Evening - Dinner on Campus & Game Night with Current Students (students)
Monday, March 6
8:30 a.m. - Breakfast with the President - Enjoy a hearty breakfast while engaging with Southwestern University President, Dr. Laura E. Skandera Trombley
9:00 a.m. - Campus Tours or Library Special Collections Tour
Paideia & High-Impact Experiences Interactive Session - Learn about Southwestern’s distinct approach to the liberal arts & sciences, and explore the vast opportunities we offer for learning beyond the classroom, including study abroad/study away, internships, student-faculty research, and community-engaged learning.
