You’re invited to celebrate literature with us at the Edible Book Festival on Monday, April 24th from 3:30 - 5PM.
Smith Library Center is hosting an Edible Book Festival. We are inviting students, campus personnel, and our SU community friends to contribute entries using a favorite book as inspiration for a culinary creation.
What is an Edible Book Festival? Read the story to learn more.
This event will take place on Monday, April 24th from 3:30 - 5:00 pm. Six winners will be chosen by our SU judges. Judging will be based on visual presentation, and will not include tasting the entries.
We welcome you to join us in cookie decorating, voting, and entry viewing. To submit an entry, please complete this form by April 10th.
