Roommates, couples, and friends! Join us for an experiential event as Sylvia Mayer ’01 leads this fun class, building both a savory and a sweet charcuterie board designed for two. Enjoy snacking off the boards you create as you learn some entertainment tips along the way.

You will leave with a Southwestern University-branded charcuterie board and some items to start your boards at home. $25 per couple. One extra board can be purchased at checkout for $15. Space is limited!

Sylvia Mayer ’01 has been designing charcuterie boards for over 30 years before the recent trend of creating nicely organized veggies, rolling cheese, and salami. As a Mexican-German American, SU alumna, she has been setting the family table with multiple trays of charcuterie boards for German-styled meals. As director of operations for Cover Desk, she understands what it means to find pairings that fit well for the occasion.
