The Sarofim School of Fine Arts is proud to present a fall choral concert with the Southwestern University Chorale.

Join us in the Alma Thomas Theater on Saturday, November 6 at 7:30 p.m for Hope.  **In-person seating is SOLD OUT, but you can still watch the concert on our live-stream, which is linked below.**

Works featured include Leonard Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms and the Texas premiere of Damien Geter’s Cantata For a More Hopeful Tomorrow. Both works represent hope in the face of tremendous loss.

Cantata For a More Hopeful Tomorrow was commissioned during the pandemic, and has only been performed once before. The Cantata will feature Katherine Altobello ’99, mezzo soprano, and Hai Zheng-Olefsky, cello, both faculty of Southwestern University’s Music Department.
