Our environment has a direct impact on our personal health and well-being. Healthy communities need clean air and a nontoxic environment, and this Self-Care Saturday will explore how sustainability and gardening can help create a healthy planet and a healthier you! 

Learn about the personal and climate benefits of gardening and a sustainable lifestyle. Join Mosaic and our environmental campus partners SEAK and the Garden Club for a fun outdoor event! Join SEAK on a sustainability tour of campus and SU’s wildlife acreage, and work in the SU garden with the Garden Club!

All attendees will receive a plant cutting courtesy of the SU Garden Club. Attendees will also be entered into a drawing for an herb garden starter kit. Attend 4 or more Self-Care Saturday programs to be entered into a drawing for a HUGE self-care bundle package. This Self-Care Saturday is co-hosted by SEAK and SU Garden Club.
