During this interactive workshop, Mosaic Ambassadors will discuss how we all can play an active role in recognizing harmful situations in our personal, professional, and academic lives. You will learn about the bystander effect, as well as a wide spectrum of harm that impacts students and members of our community including high-risk drinking, violence, sexual misconduct, mental health concerns, hazing, harassment, and many behaviors that may be expressions of racism, ableism, transphobia, and other forms of system oppression. We will also engage in a dialogue about intervention resources that are available both on and off campus.
