Join Dr. McNally from the Health & Counseling Center for strategies and techniques to reduce your stress and create a balance in your life.

Change is exciting, but it can be difficult, too! As a first-year, it’s normal to be experiencing a lot of stress during this transition to college life. Join Mosaic and the Health & Counseling Center as we present strategies and techniques to reduce your stress, create a balance in your life, and enjoy your first year at college. We can’t always control the situations around us, but with healthy coping tools at our disposal, we can manage ourselves and our stress well.

RSVP is required for in-person programs; 10 seats are available per residence hall. You may only attend programs in the residence hall in which you reside.

Go to Southwestern.edu/mosaic to RSVP

RSVP links will also be posted on Campus Notices a few days before the event.

This event is hosted by Mosaic and the Residential Experience. Mosaic encourages you to engage mindfully in experiences outside of the classroom, reflect on those experiences, and articulate the value of those experiences to others. This event will help you construct a well-managed life.
