Learn how and when to apply for funding from Southwestern to support your internship experience. In order to be eligible to apply for internship funding, you must attend an info session once in your time at Southwestern. You do not yet have to have secured an internship to attend a session - we highly recommend attending a session before you even begin your internship search.

This session will explain the internship funding application and important deadlines, as well as providing an overview of the process of gaining academic credit for internships. You will leave the information session having approval to apply for internship funding for the rest of your time at Southwestern.

Southwestern University supports learning wherever it takes place. The Center for Career & Professional Development contributes to the Southwestern University Student Life MOSAIC initiative by providing advising, programming and resources to help students develop as a whole person. This event helps you to:

  • Develop 21st century career-readiness skills
  • Construct a well-managed professional life
