• Aletheia Duo, flute and harp
The Music Department is thrilled to announce a flute and harp concert with Aletheia Duo as part of the Sarofim Music Series.

Jonathan Keeble and Ann Yeung are the “spectacular pairing (Harp Column)” that make up Aletheia Duo. The two award-winning professors of Music at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign have played across the world together since 2002, accruing accolades for their expressive performances. Inspired by the Greek word meaning “truth,” Aletheia Duo instills a sense of sincerity in their work that evokes “lyricism, and above all, magic (Flutist Quarterly).” Their critically-acclaimed recordings include Voyage: American Works for Flute and Harp and Song of the Black Swan: Works Inspired by Nature, the former being described as “achingly beautiful” and the latter as a “new favorite recording” by American Record Guide
