“Dollar$ and ¢ents of Global Warming” Presentation by SU Professor of Economics Emily Northrop.
Northrop will build on the plot of “Odds Against Tomorrow,” a cli-fi novel by Nathaniel Rich, and discuss the economic impacts of addressing climate change and of failing to address climate change. She will also distinguish among the alternative policies of regulation, a Green New Deal, and carbon pricing.
