    Welcome to the 2023 Southwestern University Welcome Week website.

    Welcome Week will provide our newest Pirates with a successful transition into the Southwestern community.  We have a variety of activities, programs, and events to help you meet fellow students, faculty, and staff members of the SU community. 

    This site includes Welcome Week schedules for both New Students and Transfer Students.  Additionally, you can find information about move-in day, what you need to have done before you get to campus, and links to other helpful information.

    UPDATE: The University will provide Spanish translation services at Matriculation Convocation, on Saturday, August 19 at 3:30 p.m. in the Robertson Center. Please let us know how many of your guests will need a headset by filling out this linked form. The headsets will be available in the lobby of the Robertson Center.
