Welcome to Session I of SIRA’s Fall 2023 Fitness Classes.
Fall Session I runs August 30th - October 6th (7 weeks).
For $20, participants will get 7 weeks of workouts one day a week, which is less than $3/class! Use the link below to register for a class and explore this page

SIRA’s Fitness offers these classes in the CJR Aerobics Room:
Hatha Slow Flow Yoga - Wednesday at 5:15pm and/or Fridays at 12noon -
This meditative breath guided practice gives individuals time to explore and refine each pose. The pace of the class places emphasis on safe alignment and finding a variation of each pose that allows you to customize your own practice. This is yoga for all, new students as well as for seasoned yogi looking to deepen their awareness by slowing down.

Zumba Workout - Thursdays at 5:30pm -
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
No prior Zumba® experience is necessary. Comfortable tennis/fitness shoes are recommended.
