Southwestern Intramural & Recreational Activities (SIRA)
provides you the opportunity for physical, social, and educational development through participation in intramural sports, fitness/wellness programs, sport clubs, and outdoor recreation.
UPDATE: Robertson Center to open on Sept 21st
Weight Room: You MUST sign up on IMLeagues.com to reserve your 30 min time slot. This space is limited to 11 patrons at a time and will close every 30 min for 10 min for cleaning.
Indoor Track & Cardio Equipment/Corners: Track limited to use by 12 patrons at a time with 6ft of separation; inside lane use only. Cardio Equipment in corners are spaced 6ft apart and limited to 3 patrons per corner. Use of cardio equipment is limited to 30 min.
Aerobic Room: CLOSED
Racquetball Courts: CLOSED
Wazel & Robertson Gyms: Reserved for individualized athletic team workouts only. No outside use.

Intramural Sports
You can participate in an organized team or individual sports at various skill levels. A diverse schedule of team and individual tournaments/special events allow students, faculty, staff and spouses to compete against others in Men’s, Women’s, and Co-Rec divisions of play.
Fitness and Wellness Classes
All SIRA’s Fitness Classes offer a great workout and a chance to interact with your SU peers in a healthy, fun-filled environment.
Outdoor Gear Checkout
SIRA provides a variety of outdoor gear and sports equipment for check-out at no cost to SU community members.
Outdoor Trips & Outings
Amazing, inexpensive trips in and around the beautiful Hill Country of Texas.
