Resources & Facilities

The Kinesiology Department is housed in the Corbin J. Robertson Center on the east side of campus. 

Classrooms and research laboratories are also housed in the Corbin J. Robertson Center.  Separate Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics laboratories are equipped to facilitate excellent hands-on learning opportunities for Kinesiology students.  These labs house specialized research equipment including:

  • MedGraphics and 2 ParvoMedics metabolic carts
  • Hydrostatic weighing tank for body composition analysis
  • Treadmill and bicycle ergometers
  • Biopac EMG and ECG monitoring system
  • Vicon Motion Analysis System
  • Bertec force plate
  • Two underwater video systems
  • Aquanex swimming analysis system
