I joined the Southwestern University Health Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013. I received an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin in 1995, and later attended nursing school and completed my Master of Science in Nursing at Angelo State University. I am interested in physical fitness and wellness, and you will often find me walking around campus or taking a SIRA class on my lunch break. I also enjoy travelling, outdoor activities, and naturalist studies. I live in Georgetown with my husband and two teenage children.

My name is Connie Hicks. I joined Southwestern University in 2014 as the Administrative Assistant for Health and Counseling Center. I have a degree in Business Administration and most recently worked in an emergency room. I enjoy reading and gardening and spending time with my family. I am married and have two children and live in Cedar Park.
Dr. Richard Otto, MD
Dr. Otto received his degree in medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, TX. His residency training in Family Medicine was completed at Brackenridge and St. David’s Hospital with the Austin Medical Education Program. Dr. Otto is also a proud alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin where he completed his undergraduate degree and competed as a varsity member of the Men’s Swimming Team. Dr. Otto is a board certified member of the American Association of Family Practice and is also a member of the Texas Academy of Family Physicians, the Williamson County Medical Society and the Texas Medical Association.
Dr. Murray Snook, MD
Dr. Snook received his degree in medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, TX in 1989. He completed his Family Practice residency at Memorial Medical Center in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1992. Dr. Snook has been in practice in Georgetown since 1992. He is board certified with the american Academy of Family Physicians. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association, and the Williamson County Medical Society. He enjoys water sports, golf and fishing.
