Special Needs
Seating:
Special needs guests may be accompanied by two other family members to reduce a crowd at the early entrance time of 4:45 p.m. The entrance for special needs will be through the side door and staff will be available to help you. Please note that there is limited ground floor seating in the Robertson Courts. We will have designated spaces for those in wheelchairs. Ushers will be present to provide assistance to available seating.
Parking:
The Brown Cody parking lot has limited handicap parking and a few reserved spaces for special needs. There will be a special needs drop off location next to the Robertson Center, accessible through the Brown Cody parking lot. Please see the campus accessibility map to help you locate handicap parking and ramps.
Courtesy Golf Carts:
Golf carts will be available around campus to assist those who park further away. This service will be available from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, May 13.
