Building Policies outline approved usage for facilities at Southwestern University and include regulations for use and indemnification/insurance requirements for the external community. Use of facilities is restricted to University operations; personal events are allowed through the rental process only.  All users need to follow the General Facilities Use Policy in addition to the policies for the specific facilities to be used. Anyone reserving University facilities must adhere to the policies of the University. Individuals/groups not adhering to building policies can be denied future access to facilities and held financially responsible for damage. Building policies and damage rates are below.
