Purpose:
To improve sustainability policies on Southwestern’s campus, state-wide, and nationally. We strive to educate and involve the Southwestern community in environmental, energy, and conservation issues. We believe in thinking ahead by acting now to create a cleaner and more sustainable Southwestern future.
Events Include:
- Plogging (picking up litter while jogging/walking)
- Regular discussions on topics in sustainability
- Garden days
- Annual Earth Day (April 22nd) and Earth Week Events
