Campus Recruiting

Schedule an information table/session or interviews to get face to face with students about your employment or volunteer position, or graduate school opportunity.



Southwestern University hosts an internship and career fair each semester, and employers are welcome to register free of charge. We also host an on-campus and part-time fair in August. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early. To be added to our invitation-only list of participating organizations for any fair, please email recruitapirate@southwestern.edu. If you are seeking full-time or part-time hires, including interns, at other points in the year, please see the section on requesting an information table or session (below).


Employers and graduate programs who want to visit campus to recruit students may schedule an information table or session by completing the Recruiting Visit Request Form. If you have questions, please contacts us at recruitapirate@southwestern.edu. 


If you would like to interview candidates, we can tailor an interview experience to your needs - whether virtual or in person. Please email recruitapirate@southwestern.edu to get started.  

In addition, please register with HireSU , where you will be able to post your job for all students to see.
