Campus Recruiting

Schedule an information table/session or interviews to get face to face with students about your employment or volunteer position, or graduate school opportunity.



Employers and graduate programs who want to visit campus to recruit students may schedule an information table or session by completing the Recruiting Information Table Request Form and emailing it to recruitapirate@southwestern.edu .


Southwestern University hosts an internship and career fair each spring, and employers seeking full-time hires are welcome to register free of charge. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early on HireSU . If you have any questions, please email recruitapirate@southwestern.edu . If you are seeking full-time or part-time hires at other points in the year, please email recruitapirate@southwestern.edu  to schedule an information table or post a job.


If you would like to interview candidates, please complete all parts of the Recruiting Information Sheet (PDF), indicating N/A if necessary. Incomplete forms will delay or impede recruitment opportunities. Thank you for your consideration!

  • Correspond with the Center for Career & Professional Development, who will contact you upon receipt of your form, to set up a date for your event, and send you copies of resumes that meet your criteria for prescreening.
  • Register with HireSU , where you will be able to post your job for all students to see.
