COVID-19 Protocols

October 15–17, 2021

Southwestern monitors the pandemic at local, regional, and national levels. Please review the University’s COVID-19 protocol website for regular updates on campus protocols and our University dashboard. Below are a few protocols that we have put into place for the weekend:
  • Most events will take place outdoors. No indoor event will exceed the 100-person maximum attendance.
  • Attendees of the October 15–17 events are required to wear a mask at indoor events and are encouraged to wear a mask at outdoor events.
  • Social distancing will be encouraged at events both indoors and outdoors.
