Summer Visit Days
These events are intended for prospective students who wish to explore the possibility of attending Southwestern in Fall 2020 (Spring 2020 transfer prospects are also welcome). Parents are also encouraged to attend.
Summer Visit Days offer a great preview into the life of a Southwestern student. We will offer information sessions along with a student-led walking tour of campus. Guests can choose between a morning or afternoon session. An optional college search how-to presentation is also offered. There is no fee to attend Summer Visit Day programs.
Senior Visit Day
This event is for high school seniors entering college in Fall 2020. Kick off your college search at Southwestern! Visit our award-winning campus, attend informational sessions and even try our food—it’s the best way to discover if Southwestern should be on your short list. To register, follow the registration link provided.
Please note: Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis and typically fill about two weeks prior to the program date. There is a $20 reservation fee for families to hold the RSVP for this event. The reservation fee will include lunch for your entire family, a $10 bookstore voucher, and a Southwestern T-shirt.
Can’t make it to campus on a weekday? We’ve got you covered! These events are for any prospective student interested in Southwestern. The visit consists of two short campus tours, focusing on different areas of campus life and academics, combined with an information session covering topics such as our unique Paideia curriculum, the application process, scholarships, and need-based financial aid. This event is for high school seniors and transfer students only. This event allows you to step into the shoes of a Southwestern student by allowing you to attend classes, meet our faculty, and engage with our current students. Students may also choose to add on a Sunday overnight stay to their itinerary (subject to availability.) To register, choose your preferred date below and follow the registration link provided on the following page.
