Who is Todd?

• currently the Associate Director of Systems and Networks at Southwestern University.
  
  
• the former Program Coordinator of the International Institute of Theoretical and Applied Physics (IITAP) at Iowa State University. IITAP no longer exists as of June 2001.
  
  
• a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin . I received a B.A. from the Department of Astronomy in August of 1995.
  
  
• a member of the Whole Earth Telescope (WET)
