Southwestern University is located in historic Georgetown, a 30 minute drive north of the State Capital, Austin. Lively downtown shops, interesting architecture, Lake Georgetown, an underground cavern, the Chisholm Trail, an award winning "town square," and the San Gabriel River are just a few of the Georgetown area's most distinctive features.
From Interstate 35 take Exit #261 (Texas Highway 29). Follow Highway 29 east (University Avenue) into Georgetown, approximately 1.3 miles. Turn left at Maple, the first street beyond the train tracks. Visitor parking is available along the west side of the Cullen Building and in the parking lot on the north side of the building.
The Office of Admission is located on the Cullen Building's First Floor.
