REVIEW AND INVESTIGATION

  • The University will pursue a thorough review or investigation of any complaint.
  • The Dean of Students will help navigate the complaint processes outlined in the Sexual Misconduct policy.
  • The University may choose to convene the Sexual Misconduct Hearing Board for review.
  • The Dean of Students can assist with academic and housing accommodations, referrals and student conduct matters.
  • Residence Life can assist with housing accommodations
Resolution Options and Interim Measures Right Arrow

RESOLUTION

  • Complaints against students may be resolved by the Sexual Misconduct Hearing Board.
  • The Dean of Students can assist with academic and housing accommodations, referrals to Health/Counseling and student conduct matters.
  • Residence Life can assist with housing accommodations.
  • The University will pursue a thorough review or investigation of any complaint and seeks to complete the investigation within 60 days.
