Welcome to the 2010 Southwestern University New Student and Transfer Student Orientation web site. We're working hard to make sure that Orientation will provide you a successful transition to the Southwestern community.

We know that this can be a stressful time and hope to make it as easy as possible for you. We have lots of activities, programs, and events to help you meet fellow students, faculty, and staff members of the SU community. Please plan to attend all Orientation events to facilitate that process.

This site includes the schedule for New Student and Transfer Student Orientation. The links on this site will also direct you to helpful resources on campus including Residence Life, Student Activities, First-Year and Advanced Entry Seminars, and dining and retail options in and around Georgetown.  This site also contains helpful information for your first week at Southwestern.  Be sure to check out the complete New Student and Transfer Student Orientation Guides while you're here and print a copy of the Orientation Snapshot to bring with you when you arrive on campus.   If you want to learn more about upcoming events on campus be sure to visit us on Twitter and Facebook!
