We welcome recommendations for Potential New Members to the Zeta Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi from any collegiate or alumnae members.  Southwestern University practices deferred recruitment, so our formal recruitment occurs in January of each year.  Please mail these forms by December 1st so that we may utilize them for recruitment.

Legacy Introduction Form

This form is to be used by collegiate and alumnae members to introduce legacies to Zeta Chapter.  For Alpha Delta Pi, a legacy is defined as the Grandmother, Mother, or Sister of a Potential New Member.  You can click on the following link to obtain this form: Legacy Introduction Form.  Please include information about the Legacy and a picture, if possible.
