2007-2008

Regular events included CSA meetings every Wednesday, carpool to mass at St. Helen's, weekly adoration on Monday evenings, and gathering for various social and service oriented events. CSA also hosted mass on campus three times each semester in the University Chapel with Fr. John Guzaldo, associate pastor of St. Helen's. During Lent, there was a group that attended Stations of the Cross on Friday evenings at St. Helen's.

CSA also hosted mass on campus once each semester in the University Chapel with Fr. John Guzaldo, associate pastor of St. Helen's.

Regular events in 2005-06 included weekly CSA meetings, carpooling to Mass at St. Helen's on Sundays, fellowship over dinner at the commons, Bible study, and joining in the ecumenical praise through the Methodist Student Movement.

The website was re-vitalized in Fall 2005, providing information on CSA events, events at St. Helen's, and others around the Austin Diocese. In addition to retreat info, such as the CEW, notes included the Eucharistic Conference in October, amendments to be voted on in the November state elections, and pro-life events. The website had been dormant since Fall 1999 when officers were Charlton Vance (President), Ingrid Kliewer (Social & Public Relations Vice-President), Tricia Mein (Spiritual Vice-President), and Clint Rain (Communications Vice-President). The CSA was certainly active during the lapse in the website. Anyone with information about events in those or any other year is asked to email shelton@southwestern.edu or bauerd@southwestern.edu.
