Video and Audio Duplication
Audiovisual Services provides media duplication services only for the Southwestern University community.
Turnaround Time
Most audio or video duplication orders will be completed in two business days. Large orders may require additional time.
Restrictions
All duplication must adhere to the Copyright Law of the United States. Please see the Media Copyright Policy FAQ for more information.
Audiovisual Services can duplicate media or transfer from one media to another (ex. VHS to DVD) as follows:

Audiovisual Services can arrange with local vendors to duplicate or transfer other video, audio, and data media formats.
Cost
The only charge for duplications/transfers completed on campus is for materials. Payment may be made with cash, check or a Southwestern University account number. If media is provided, there is no charge.
Duplication includes the media, a case and labelling. Rates may vary. As of August 1, 2012, they are as follows:
