Dean of The Sarofim School of Fine Arts
Southwestern University is one of only a handful of undergraduate liberal arts universities that support a separate school of fine arts.
The Sarofim School of Fine Arts provides rich opportunities for study and participation in a full range of studio, classroom and performance activities. And, as an undergraduate-only institution, we offer our students the undivided attention of our faculty.
Our programs lead to the BA in art, music, and theatre, as well as the BFA in theatre and BM in music. They are designed to prepare students for a variety of paths after graduation: teaching, work in the arts, or graduate school.
Please browse our site to learn about our faculty, curricula and facilities. I am proud of what we have to offer. If you have questions, or would like to visit in person, please call (512) 863-1504, or email Allison Fannin.
Again, welcome. I hope to see you here soon.
