Information for Delegates
Academic delegates are official representatives of other colleges, universities, higher education and the United Methodist Church professional organizations and societies.
Academic delegates must provide their own regalia. If you need to rent regalia, you may contact The Graduation Place, Phone 800-618-5589. Southwestern is using this vendor, and you are welcome to have your regalia delivered and returned with Southwestern’s order. The deadline for ordering from the Graduation Place is March 3.

Reserved parking for academic delegates will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in The William C. and Lucy B. Finch Plaza (behind Lois Perkins Chapel). When this lot is full, please use any available parking spot not designated as handicapped. For maps of campus, please visit our parking page.
If you have special needs regarding the processional or seating, please call the Office of University Events at 512-863-1840.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: MARCH 7
In order to be included in the printed program, you must register by March 7. To do so, please complete the delegate registration form.
If you are planning to attend ANY inauguration events (including the installation ceremony), please also complete the Official Registration Form (available the week of February 3) for all inauguration attendees.
