Subject: [rcc] time to sign timesheets

Once again, time to sign your time sheets. Please come by today before
4:15pm to our ITS offices and put your John Hancock on the dotted line.
	Also, please remember from now until the end of the semester it is
crucial that you stick to your schedules. With more and more students
using the labs for capstones and final papers/projects, it is very
important that you show up on time for all your shifts. Equally
important is that you let us know of any problems in the labs ASAP.
Remember to email me (williamd@southwestern.edu) AND call the Helpdesk
at x7333 option 2 (leave a message if after work hours) if there are any
problems.

Please come by today and sign your time sheets before 4:15pm. Check them
for accuracy. I have several people I have made notes on your time
sheets because of errors (such as forgetting to clock in/out). I am
currently trying to get hold of these people. We will need to correct
these and reprint your time sheet. Also, please stick to your schedules.
>From now until the end of the semester is the busiest time of the year
for the labs  and when we need you the most. We need all Labbies to show
up regularly for their shifts.
