If you are having difficulty in class, don't hesitate to ask for help. All departments encourage students to talk to their professors if they are in need of assistance. Professors encourage students to seek help during office hours or by appointment. The following departments also have tutoring available.

Physics
Every semester the Physics department tries to have at least three juniors/seniors to provide tutoring on three separate evenings a week, free of charge.
Hours: Library - Room 323 7:00pm - 9:00pm Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday
Research Methods
Each section of Research Methods has a student "TA" who tutors and otherwise helps the instructor and students in that section. Students are also encouraged to visit with someone in the Debbie Ellis Writing Center for more help.
