Explore Whirlpool Cave

Info:Experience
the inner workings of some of Austin's Whirlpool cave. This
trip will
orient you to the fundamentals of spelunking (caving), while
you explore the
world below in a safe environment with other students. This
trip is physically
challenging and requires crawling through tight spaces, however
this is a great
trip for beginners that are interested in caves. So, come
out and get dirty!
Cost: $25 -fee covers transportation, breakfast, lunch, equipment, instruction, and a day of fun!!!
Plan: We
will have a mandatory PRE-TRIP MEETING on Tues, Oct 23rd@ 12:30pm in CJR 240 where
we’ll discuss trip details and complete mandatory forms.
On Saturday, October 27th we will meet behind the Robertson Center at 8:00am and return to SU around 3:30pm on the same day.
