DIVISIONS OF PLAY: MEN’S, WOMEN’S
 
TOURNAMENT DATES: The tournament will be played on Thursday, October 21st.

FORFEIT FEE: $5.00 per forfeit. Forfeit fees will be withdrawn from the Pirate Card number provided on registration form.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: The tournament format will be decided based on the number of entries.

ELIGIBILITY: All Students, Faculty/ Staff and Spouses are eligible to participate.
