The Fall Session II classes listed below will start in mid-October (after Fall Break) and end in the first week of December, which is eight weeks of classes for one low price! Please click and download the pdf documents for more information (e.g. specific class dates, fees, and instructors).

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio Sculpt will use a variety of different class formats to provide both strength training and a cardiovascular workout each day. This new, team taught class will regularly incorporate circuit training,interval work, aerobic dance and/or step workouts, as well as the use of weights and bands to keep things new and challenging for participants. This fun, fast-paced class does not require previous experience with group fitness workouts just a willingness to try something new in a friendly and supportive environment.

Class meets in the CJR Aerobics Room
on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 12:15-1:00pm

Core Interval Pilates

Bump up your Pilates practice by adding core interval training.  Core Interval Pilates is based on the principles of Pilates.  The class instruction follows directives supporting the six primary principles of Pilates which include, breathing, control, centering, concentration, precision and fluid movement.

In Core Interval  Pilates you will experience movements in multi-directional planes while doing circular training on the MITR Wheels (Movement in the Round).   During each 50 minute class, you can expect work from the Balanced Body Barre programming, work on the Stability Balls and the mini Bosu’s while also using various resistance tools to increase intensity.

Core Interval Pilates Class is safe for all healthy movers from the beginning mover to the seasoned exercise enthusiast.  Shoes or sticky exercise socks are suggested for this class.

Class meets in the CJR Aerobics Room on Mondays
and Wednesdays from 12:00-12:50pm

Yoga Class

Nurture and energize the entire self through the fusion of dynamic poses, breath work and deep relaxation.  The practice of yoga encourages greater flexibility, strength, balance, self-awareness and tranquility.  Participants of all levels are welcome to attend.  Feel free to bring your own mat, if you wish, or use a mat provided by SIRA.

Classes are offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
from 5:15-6:15pm in the CJR Aerobics Room

Zumba®

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.  Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!  Recently, Zumba® has spread like wildfire, and it is positioning itself as an innovative, influential movement in the industry of fitness.

Classes are offered in the Aerobics Room at the following days/times:
Tuesdays 5:30-6:20pm and Fridays 12-12:50pm.
