FALL 2015 INCOMING STUDENTS
Building and roommate assignments will be mailed on June 19, 2015. If you have not received your assignment by June 30 please contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All incoming students will be emailed their room number the last week of July. Please be sure to label all of your boxes and loose items with your building name and room number. On move-in day, volunteers will unload your car and take your belongings straight to your assigned room.

If you feel you have been wrongfully charged for a damage that was assessed for your room at the end of the year, please submit Damage Appeal. Form will be available until July 1, 2015.

Friday August 14th from 2:00-7:00 PM
Returning Student Move-In:
Friday, Aug. 21 - McCombs Campus Center: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 22 - Caskey Center: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
After Hours Move-in: Call Resident Assistant on duty (number will be posted throughout residence halls and apartment buildings).
Please note: The deadline to cancel fall meal plans is Friday, Aug. 21. Changes may be made until Friday, Aug. 28. Students have been assigned a default meal plan of 12 meals per week unless they are living off campus, in fraternity houses, Lord Center or the Dorothy Manning Lord Center.
