McCombs Residental Center is an upperclass coed hall located in the Western Complex on the west side of campus. McCombs is apartment-style housing where 2 students share a private bedroom and bathroom while sharing a common living area with 2 other roommates. Each apartment comes fully furnished and includes a kitchenette with a microfridge and a sink.

The university provides each resident in McCombs Residential Center with:

An extra long twin bed (85”x38”)
A desk (38”x24”)
A desk chair (22”x20”)
A dresser (30”x24”)
A side table (shared by roommates) (24”x24”)
A couch (shared by roommates) (82”x36”)
A coffeetable (shared by roommates) (48”x20”)
An overstuffed chair (shared by roommates) (36”x36”)
